Remove the jars from the boiling water bath and let them cool on a kitchen towel on the countertop . Once they are cooled , check to see if they have sealed properly – there should be no flex or movement in the lid when pressed down . If one or more of them haven't sealed properly , store them in the refrigerator and eat within 2 weeks .
